Why use MBTI?
The MBTI has been in use for more than 50 years, and has been continuously developed and improved during that time. The current MBTI is the most widely used instrument for understanding normal personality differences.
The Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) can help you identify your strengths and the things that are unique about you to better to understand yourself, your motivations, your strengths and potential areas for growth. It will also help you better to understand, appreciate and work effectively with those who are different from you. Understanding MBTI type promotes self-acceptance and enhances co-operation and productivity.
The MBTI is non-judgemental, all personality types are considered equal. It is important to understand that it is a personality, not a behavioural, questionnaire. In other words, it’s about who you are, not what you do.
